Blog for Success and Money

Blogging seems to be the prime topic of everyone’s discussion these days. Blogs appear to grow more popular by the month, as they continue to expand across the internet. A major reason for this increase is due to the prosperous benefits that come along with blogging. When done correctly, implementing this popular method of online communication into your website could bring forth much success. Many of the internet’s most prominent businesses realize the importance of a blog; some say it is a must. This powerful tool is much more dynamic than the traditional website. What has made it so attractive is the convenience and freedom of user interaction. It is practically an open forum where individuals get to express their opinions and receive a wide range of feedback If you are familiar with the concept, then blogging may seem simple. While starting a blog is no difficult task by any means, turning yours into a money-making machine requires a dedicated effort.

Monetizing your blogIn order of a blog to generate income, you must develop a strong strategy for monetizing it. There are several different venues which you can employ to monetize your blog: · AdSense· Advertising space for banner ads · Donations · Affiliate programs · Paid third-party product reviews / pushes · Selling your own services or products Deciding on what monetizing strategy you employ depends upon the goals for your blog and its target audience. Each target audience will respond different to your different monetizing strategies; for example, a humanitarian blog audience may be more receptive to donations, while a cooking blog audience would click through your banner ads for an organic recipe cookbook. You should develop an initial strategy, keeping your targeted audience’s psychology in mind. The design and layout of your blog should reflect your monetizing strategy; for example, if you will be employing AdSense, then you may want to use a column layout with clean colors and lines. You want to ensure that your monetizing efforts are optimized in the layout of your website. As you progress with your blog, do not be afraid to test the water and adjust your monetizing strategies based upon feedback and performance results.

Generating traffic You may have the best blog and monetizing strategy in the world, but without traffic, your bank account will not grow whatsoever. To begin making money with a blog, one must first generate traffic. Establishing a stable list of loyal readers has been easier for some than others, but it is the key to running a successful blog. When you are first beginning your blog endeavors, it may seem daunting to generate traffic when there is not a single visitor to your website. However, with a bit of strategy, you can quickly build traffic and a returning base of readers.

Write what you know. You should consider writing your blog on a topic of your specialty or passion. The more you know about the subject matter of your blog, the better; you will be able to establish yourself as an authority and readers will come to learn from you. Content and traffic have a very strong symbiotic relationship. Remember what you learned about in advertising class in college? Viral marketing is the most effective form of advertising – period. If people like your blogs, they will refer it to their friends, and in the internet, friends can add up to millions of people.

Regularly updated content. Yes, you have heard it before, and you will hear it again – content is king! Readers will flock to your blog if you provide them with insightful, unique, and relevant content that is updated regularly. In addition, when you consistently publish quality content that is rich in keywords, the search engines will frequent your site to update their indexing, which then leads to more traffic coming into your blog. The better, more frequent posts you publish, the more other sites will link to you, thus again bringing in more traffic and increasing your search engine rankings.

Linking with related blogs. Linking is another way to generate traffic and add to your blog’s success. You want your site to be viewed by as many readers as possible. Exchanging links with another blogger is a great way to make that happen. Surf the web for similar blogs that relate to your specialty and host the same audience you are seeking. Linking relative sites on your page also displays credibility to readers. They will view you as a main source, referring other interested parties to your blog for that relative info. Friendly links also improve search engine ranking and increase the chances of someone stumbling across your blog. All novice bloggers looking to make money should know this: success is hard work. Devotion and great patience is required if you want a blog to work for you. The most comforting fact is that many people are taking advantage of this tool and creating mass revenue. While nothing is promised, applying sound search engine optimization strategies to your blog speaks volumes in the way of success. Combining this with good old fashion communication can help return profitable results in the long journey with your blog.

Eating healthy, organic foods, using healthy organics soaps and shampoos, applying non-allergenic organic skin care and cosmetics will make you not only look good but feel good as well.

If you care for your body by eating nutritious organic foods when you are young, your body will take care of you when you are old. What you eat, wear, wash with, apply to your skin, and drink matters…go organic.

If I had it to do over again, I would live my life more in tune with nature. When I was young I thought I couldn’t hurt my body by eating poorly, but now that I’m older, I realize that if I’d paid attention to what I ate and put on my body, I would be heathier today for it. I would definitely eat and drink organically.

Your List of Organic Gardening Supplies

Your List of Organic Gardening Supplies

Now that you know why you should grow your vegetables organically you are now probably wondering how to do that.  Getting your organic garden started is easier than you think especially since you do not have to worry about stocking up on expensive, potentially dangerous, chemical fertilizers and other items.  Most of the things you will need to start your organic garden are already in your house or easy to get.

Be sure you plan things carefully and do not just get some seeds or plants and start digging up your yard.  That piece of advice will probably be repeated in this e-book because that is usually the mistake most beginner gardeners make.  In order to have a successful organic garden you need to take your time and plan everything out careful.

1.    Space

Before you can start growing your organic vegetables you will need a place to plant them.  This choice is going to be based largely on your living situation.  If you are in a townhouse or apartment or even a house without a suitable yard then you will want to consider using pots.  It is possible to grow many small vegetables in pots or containers that come in a wide variety of sizes.

If you do not already have pots or containers that are suitable for growing plants you can order them online for surprisingly low prices or pick them up from your nursery.  Make sure you look around your house before you spend your money.  You might be surprised to find that you have several suitable items or old plant pots that you have forgotten about.

If you are someone with a home that has a large yard then you have more options.  You can start your organic garden in any location that you feel will be suitable for growing plants.  One thing to remember when picking out an area of your yard for growing organic vegetables is to choose a location that will get a good amount of sunlight during the entire day.

Finding out the best spot based on lighting will require a few days of careful observation but it will be worth it if you can find a good spot in which to start your organic vegetable garden.

The size of your organic vegetable garden is entirely up to you and based on the amount of available space that you have at your disposal.  Do not be afraid to start a small garden and build up to a large one and do not be discouraged if you feel you do not have as much space as you would like for your new garden.  You are just starting out and working with the resources that are currently available.

2.    Soil

Good soil is the second thing that you need to get your organic vegetable garden going and this is probably the most important part of your new garden.  The soil you choose must be rich and fertile if you want your vegetables to grow healthy and strong.  If the soil in your garden seems thin or unsuitable do not give up hope yet.  There are ways to make the available soil more fertile and perfect for gardening that will be explained in a minute.

Remember, you must NOT use any chemical fertilizer in your new organic vegetable garden!

Most new organic vegetable growers are first tempted to use chemicals when they are inspecting the quality of their available soil.  It is tempting to go purchase a bag of soil that is packed with chemical fertilizers if your own soil does not seem rich enough.  This is a big step in the wrong direction and must be avoided at all costs.  There are ways to make your soil rich and suitable for growing that does not involve using expensive, and sometimes hazard, outside chemicals.

If you are growing your plants in pots or organic containers on a back patio or window sill getting soil might take a bit more effort.  Soil can be obtained from willing neighbors or family members that have their own yards.  Simply ask for some soil and shovel it into your waiting container.

When that is not an option consider purchasing organic soil from a garden supply shop.  There are places that sell soil with no chemical fertilizers.  This might be an additional start cost not incurred by those with their own back yards but it will be worth it.

By having your own purchased organic soil you will be able to fill your pots and containers then plant your seeds when it suits you.  Another benefit of using pots and containers is that your soil temperature will not be at the mercy of the ground temperature.

3.    Compost

Compost is something that you will need to help your garden thrive especially if your soil is not as fertile as you would have hoped.  Rich compost will give your soil the minerals necessary to help your vegetables grow and thrive during the growing seasons.  It is easy to make compost using materials that you have on hand especially if you have your own backyard or access to an outdoor area.

In order to create your own organic compost you will need to first dig a pit or two (depending on the size of your garden) in your back yard.

Once your pit has been dug fill it with the following refuse from your kitchen:

Vegetable Peels

Fruit Peals

Leaves

Bark

Needles

Egg Shells

Coffee Grinds

Corn Stalks

Toy Organizing Made Easy – Seven Tips to Encourage Kids to Cleanup After Themselves

Toy Organizing Made Easy – Seven Tips to Encourage Kids to Cleanup After Themselves

Toy organizing can actually be a fun activity for kids. Make it an easy and fun routine for them and you’ll be surprised how much they want to participate. The main goal of organizing and uncluttering a kids’ room is to get toys and clothes off the floor.

1. General cleanup rules. Kids of all ages want their privacy. Let them know that if they keep their rooms cleaned up, you will not have to enter except for periodic, preannounced inspections. Establish a morning pickup routine that might include making beds, hanging up towels in the bathroom and putting away pajamas. The evening pickup routine might include putting away toys and tossing dirty clothes in the hamper. Depending on their ages, children can also be expected to do some weekly cleaning of their bedrooms, which might include dusting or vacuuming.

2. Shoe bag storage. A hanging shoe bag on the back of a door can be used to store small toys. Hang it low enough for children to easily reach into pockets to put away and retrieve their favorite toys.  Store any collectibles and breakables out of reach in the upper pockets.

3. Animal corrals. Gather stuffed animals in a nylon hammock hung up in one corner of the room. You can even hang a length of colored string or ribbon horizontally between two hooks at either end a bare wall. Use clothespins to clip beanbag toys and small stuffed animals to the string. Note: You can use this same method to display their artwork.

4. Use shelves not boxes. Store toys and games on shelves with bins, rather than in one giant toy box. Finding what you want in a toy box generally makes a mess.

5. Install wall pegs. Install wall pegs at kids’ height for hanging book bags, pajamas and bathrobes, jackets and clothes that they wear frequently.

6. Install reachable clothes rods. In the kids’ closets, use higher rods for storing dressy and out-of-season clothes. Hang a second, lower rod to encourage them to hang up their everyday clothes. Home-supply stores sell rods that hang from an upper rod, as well as tension-mounted rods that can be fitted in the closet at any height.

7. Put a “Donate” box in your kids’ rooms. If your kids can’t be bothered to put toys away you can give them a choice. They can put it in the donation box, or you will do it for them.

Toy organizing activities can help keep your child’s room organized and teach them valuable skills. Let them see toy cleanup in a fun and exciting way. If you view it as a chore so will your little ones.

Organic Gardening – The Essentials Of Going Organic!

January 29, 2011

Organic Gardening – The Essentials Of Going Organic!

Organic gardening today involves more than making a cultural impact. In fact, it is now considered an intelligent way of living in harmony with the natural environment. While fertilizers and chemical pesticides are extremely toxic and can prove fatal to useful plants and bugs, tending to your garden organically, using organic plant food, organic gardening supplies and natural lawn maintenance all prove very beneficial to the fragile ecosystem that makes up your garden.

The essentials of organic garden tending are:

1. Rich and fertile soil

2. Sturdy plants

3. Adequate water and sunlight

4. Organic feeds, pesticides, and fertilizers

If there is fertile soil, a good spread of manure and ample nutrients in your garden, then your work is made even more easy. Enriched soil is the foundation of an organic garden, organic gardening supplies, and natural lawn maintenance.

In the absence of fertile soil, it is not possible to achieve the same level of distribution of nutrients to the roots or the same level of defense against pests. Besides, without rich soil the groundwork for a good lawn cannot be laid down and even using organic garden supplies with self-assurance is not done on account of the beneficial effects being reduced by poor soil.

Moreover, sturdy plants can do much towards improving the organic garden, organic gardening supplies, and natural lawn maintenance. Selecting healthy plants free from disease makes certain that the diseases are not transmitted to your garden. A sturdy and tough plant can withstand better, adverse gardening conditions. Hence, if irrigation is not carried out regularly or there is blistering sunshine, sturdy plants are able to tolerate the vagaries of nature much better.

Organic Pesticides and Fertilizers

The maintenance of the organic garden, organic gardening supplies and natural lawn preservation are stipulated like add-ons in the diet of a sportsperson. Organic feeds are conditional on the kind of plants you wish to grow and the soil quality. Based on whether the levels of nitrogen are low or the level of potassium is grossly down one can choose to opt for a granite meal or blood meal.

An overall decent organic fertilizer will contain phosphorous, potash and nitrogen as its key nutrients. Even though manure has been used for the past so many years, at times levels of nutrients in the manure are far less than those in organic products.

In the case of lawns, a safe and reliable herbicide is corn meal gluten. A few gardeners use hot pepper sprays or soap to discourage insects or to get rid of aphids. Most of the organic gardeners just remove or wash out the bugs from the plants. In whichever way you seek to set up organic garden tending, organic feed, organic gardening supplies, and natural lawn maintenance as a part of your garden routine is left up to you.

There are several established methods, but then there is always room for improvement, to go organic and to be happy and healthy as a result of it.

Switching To Organic Makeup Has Never Been Easier

Switching To Organic Makeup Has Never Been Easier

When people tend to think of mineral makeup, their first response is normally mineral foundation.  Nowadays there is a great variety in mineral makeup.  More individuals are switching to natural cosmetics so they do not put extra dyes, fragrances, and preservatives into their bodies.  Many benefits have made organic cosmetics an up and coming popular product.

Organic makeup is a lot healthier for our skin than traditional makeup that we have relied on in the past.  Mineral makeup does not clog your pores or make your face oily as other products will.  Those with sensitive skin can rely on organic makeup to not break them out or cause rashes.  All mineral makeup is hypoallergenic and free of nasty oils.

Once you have decided to switch to an all natural makeup blend, it is best to switch all products to all natural.  If you were to apply an organic foundation to your face and then apply synthetic powder and blush on top of it, you would lose all of the benefits the natural foundation offered to your skin as the synthetic products will still sink into your skin and clog your pores.

You must keep in mind when switching your makeup that the colors will not be the same as with your traditional products.  They can vary as they are made with natural pigmentation.  A wide array of tones are available, but you must not rely on the color you have used before to pick your new color.  Organic makeup has a mixture of brown and pink tones to them to suit all skin types.  You will find that you will not need to apply as much makeup as you did before because organic makeup is more concentrated.

Many mineral makeup products can be used in a variety of ways.  You will be able to apply your blush as an eye shadow or even as a light body shimmers to subtly enhance your neck and chest area.  You will find that switching your makeup regimen could in fact save you money.  In today’s economy, this is a big benefit.

You will also notice that if you have scars or blemishes on your face, that applying mineral makeup can, in fact, cover them up so you will have a smoother, finished look. Due to it being in powder form, you can apply as much or as little to one area as needed.  It is also highly sweat proof so you will keep that finished look for a longer amount of time without having to touch up.  You will not have the oily affect that sometimes happens with other makeup where you constantly have to powder your nose so you don’t shine.

You will have the ultimate say in the texture your makeup creates.  You can brush it on to have a sheer finished look or you can apply with a damp sponge and give a more opaque effect to your face.

Make ‘Em an Offer They Can?t Refuse (Part 1)

January 29, 2011

Make ‘Em an Offer They Can?t Refuse (Part 1)

Few things are more discouraging to a passionate entrepreneur than creating products and programs that don’t sell well.

It’s hard not to take it personally, which can bring up feelings of doubt, hurt, disappointment and even embarrassment. But for the savvy, “I’m gonna make it happen” business owner, there’s no such thing as failure – there’s only feedback.

When the feedback you get is an audience that’s not buying, it’s time to take a look at the offer you’re making.

There are two levels to creating a compelling offer. I want to share some of the tips from my Passion for Profit coaching program on what you can do in the development stage to ensure that you’re creating an offer your audience won’t be able to resist. (Then, next time in Part 2 we’ll look at how to present the offer in the most desirable light.)

Here are four clear-cut and simple tips you can use to be certain you’re putting your time and energy into offers that will get snapped up!

Irresistible Offer Tip #1 – Make Sure It’s a Really Desirable Topic

It’s tempting to create a product or program focused on something you know your audience needs. My advice – don’t do it. People are notorious for not buying what they need, but instead spending their money on what they want. I call this the broccoli vs. ice cream syndrome.

When in doubt about whether the topic you’re considering is ice cream or broccoli, ask your audience. Pick up the phone, send out an email, put together a survey. You’ll be surprised at how happy they are to steer you in the right direction.

Irresistible Offer Tip #2 – Give It a Mouth-Watering Title

Titles (like headlines and subject lines) serve an absolutely crucial role in your sales and marketing – they capture your audience’s attention. The goal, of course, is for your title to create a powerful incentive for your potential client to want to buy. So it has to reach out and grab them and motivate them into action.

So spend some time on crafting a really delicious title for your product, program, event, workshop, ebook or home study course. Some tips for a great title: it’s specific, it is conversational rather than salesy, it’s curiosity-provoking, it highlights benefits and results rather than features, it’s not overly clever or cute.

I usually recommend to my clients they spend at least as much time on the title as they do on the content itself. Yes, it’s that important!

Irresistible Offer Tip #3 – Add On a Tempting and Relevant Bonus

For me, the key word here is “relevant.” Adding a bonus (or two or three) can certainly increase the appeal of your package. But too often, I see folks throwing on things that are totally unrelated to the main offer. The point of a bonus is to give that extra nudge that tips people off the fence. If I’m considering your business building program, I’m not likely to be swayed by a bonus e-book on organic recipes or an audio about feng shui. (Not that those aren’t interesting and valuable subjects in the right context.)

The best bonus directly supports the results offered by the main package component. Ask yourself: Would this [whatever the bonus is] clearly add to the value of what I’m getting? If the answer is no, head back to the drawing board.

Irresistible Offer Tip #4 – Determine the Value Before You Set the Price

Price is often the first thing business owners want to figure out when they’re creating a new product, program or event. But as I counsel my clients, it’s usually the last phase of your program-development process.

Here’s why – it’s hard to determine a fair price until you’re clear on what is being offered, both in terms of “deliverables” and results. Secondly, other factors can come into play as you determine the “magic number.” There are times when it makes strategic sense to price a program on the low end. For example, if it’s a new –and untried- offering (it then becomes paid learning), or so you can draw more people into it and have a bigger pool for your upsell offer.

Tie Your Offers Up with a Red Ribbon

Your special brand of transformation is important in helping your clients solve their current challenges. The content of what you offer is always showcased by the “wrapping” you give it. When you think strategically and creatively about your topic, title, bonuses and pricing, you can create a “pretty package” that’s easy for them to say ‘yes’ to.

Effective web policies: Ensuring staff productivity and legal compliance

Effective web policies: Ensuring staff productivity and legal compliance

Effective web policies:

Ensuring staff productivity and legal compliance

Regulating internet access in the workplace is a delicate balancing act. The web provides employees with valuable information and tools that enhance productivity and competitive advantage, but it can also devastate business productivity with its endless supply of games, downloads, webmail, community sites and online retailers.

The evidence of web abuse is dramatic. Over half of respondents to an America Online and Salary. com survey cited web surfing as their biggest work distraction. While another survey revealed inside abuse of web access as the most prevalent security problem.

The risks

Wasted time and productivity are two obvious risks of web abuse, but they are not the only hazards.

Lawsuits

Employees surfing pornography sites at work can create the perception of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. In some cases pornography has led to organizations being prosecuted, while the legal implications of viewing child pornography are even more serious. Other legal risks can come from:

Downloading pirated content and using social networking sites

Using web-based email or blogs to reveal sensitive personal or company information or to damage another employee’s reputation.

Resource abuse

Overuse of video feeds, music downloads, gaming, and other high-bandwidth applications can affect organizations in two ways:

Network performance is significantly slower

Desktop and server hard disk space is filled, resulting in unnecessary technology expenditure.

Effective web policies: ensuring staff productivity and legal compliance

Malware

As companies have become more effective at blocking email-borne viruses, hackers have increasingly turned to websites as a vehicle for infecting users with malware that steals confidential information or which builds botnets (networks of hijacked computers used to distribute spyware and viruses). In early 2008 it was estimated that webpages were becoming infected at the rate of 6000 per day, or one every 14 seconds.

Complex challenges

Internet access at work is both a blessing and a curse, and creating a web usage policy is not straightforward. Employees expect to use the web for personal use, while employers need to enforce some browsing constraints to prevent abuse and ensure productivity. Simply publishing a blanket policy for the entire organization based on generic definitions and lists of banned sites is likely to run into resistance from a disgruntled work staff. Why?

Defining abuse

Many organizations find the line between appropriate and inappropriate web use difficult to define. What is acceptable business use for one employee may be completely unacceptable for another. For example, marketing departments have had great success in harnessing social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace to monitor markets and build relationships with current and potential customers. Several companies, including IBM and Circuit City, have even established a presence on virtual environments such as Second Life. A blanket ban of such sites could, therefore, be counterproductive to wider business interests, as could granting blanket access to them.

Work/personal life overlap

As work becomes increasingly mobile, the separation between work and personal life is less rigid. Employees expect some personal flexibility at the office in exchange for the expectation that they work longer hours, take work home and stay in touch during weekends and vacations. Indeed, many companies use such flexibility as a hiring incentive. Excessive regulation of personal internet use can become a recruitment barrier, breed low morale, both of which can lead to reduced competitiveness.

Building a workable policy

Technology awareness varies greatly in most organizations, as does understanding the business impact of internet abuse. Most employees know instinctively that watching YouTube during working hours wastes time, but many will not understand its true security, productivity, bandwidth and legal implications.

Communication

The first step in creating an effective web usage policy is educating employees about the effects web abuse can have on an organization. Communication should include HR and senior management in addition to IT. It should also be two way, with staff and business units encouraged to identify applications or websites that assist them achieve their goals.

Employees expect some personal flexibility at the office in exchange for the expectation that they work longer hours.

Effective web policies: ensuring staff productivity and legal compliance

Match policy to philosophy

A web usage policy should match an organization’s overall goals and philosophy. Organizations that provide employees with leeway in how they do their jobs will be better served by a policy that sets expectations and outcomes, emphasizing their spirit and the reasons behind them. On the other hand, organizations that operate a top-down management structure that defines tasks granularly will benefit from clear rules and regulations.

Many organizations lie somewhere in between, while some vary according to management level or business unit, and a policy needs to mirror these differences.

Keep it simple

Regardless of the organizational philosophy, the policy should be written in a concise and easy to follow fashion. Language should be simple and the concepts relevant to each different department. It can also be useful to lay out a series of broad principles before concentrating on the finer details.

Enforcing the policy

Even organizations with an informal culture will need to enforce their web usage policy, which they can do through web filtering controls. Monitoring systems should employ screen alerts that inform employees if they are accessing a prohibited website or undertaking an unauthorized

An effective web usage policy should…

Contain a general definition and listing of appropriate internet uses, such as work-related communication, educational and professional development.

Contain a general definition of inappropriate internet uses that violate company, local, state, and

Federal laws, any contracts the company has signed, and that interferes with the productivity and internet use of other users.

Permit personal browsing of acceptable websites during personal hours and define a certain level

of acceptable use outside these hours, on condition that it doesn’t affect a user’s productivity.

List inappropriate websites where access is prohibited (unless used for legitimate business reasons), such as those that contain or promote pornography, violence and criminal activity.

Prohibit access to websites and services offering illegal downloads. Even legal downloads from sites such as iTunes can infringe copyright if they are downloaded or copied to company networks.

Offer guidelines on the use of blogs, social networking, webmail and other Web 2.0 applications.

Access can be prohibited or restricted to personal hours, and harassment clearly outlawed.

Prohibit participation in any peer-to-peer networks without prior approval by management.

Specify how users can access bandwidth-hungry content, such as streaming audio and video and large file downloads. Employees could be encouraged to bring their own audio players to work.

Allow a select group of individuals, such as IT staff, senior management and developers to download applications and large file types, when relevant to their job responsibilities.

Restrict or prohibit access to websites known as proxies or translators. These sites are designed to bypass web filters by allowing access from within other websites.

Allow transactions only with legitimate, authenticated websites and organizations that encrypt data. This reduces the risk of data leakage and prevents employees from accessing blocked sites through legitimate ones. Auditing and reporting tools will be needed to deal with any incidents, with enforcement following a tiered approach: verbal warning, monitoring, retraining, written warning, dismissal, potential legal action.

However, a well formulated policy will usually eliminate any temptation to violate it.

Regular reviews

Organizations will need to review and adapt their web usage policy at regular intervals to ensure that it is not impinging on legitimate internet use and is effectively supporting business goals. Some users may find that they need to access temporarily a prohibited site, and the policy needs to be flexible enough to allow that.

Policies should be able to be modified by category, website, time of day, user or group. Such exceptions should automatically dissolve after a pre-defined period of time, ensuring that temporary privileges remain temporary and avoid the need for manual cleanup, which can be time-consuming and error-prone.

These periodic reviews allow organizations to react to the evolving nature of the web. Uses that are unacceptable today may become acceptable tomorrow, and web usage policies need to reflect this to ensure that they do not stop employees working effectively.

Summary

Implementing a web usage policy is a balance between protecting the organization and avoiding measures that alienate employees or stop them performing legitimate business tasks. A policy should not just concentrate on monitoring and punishment, but should educate users and actively involve them in its evolution. This will minimize the need to take drastic measures and allow organizations to address the continuous change in internet technologies and services.
